Today I was surfing the net and found several interesting blogs. Interesting means that i decided to post my opinion on the comments section. As a blogger I always want others to see my blog so I prefer using comments form (Name:Email:Url:).
There are several options you can choose submitting a comment. I can’t remember all of them but there are something like wordpress ID and so on. I believe You get what I say. Because there are blogs where you need to enter your nick (ID) and password if you want to comment. Why do I hate these kind of blogs? What if I do not have a WordPress account or any other necessary to comment. I know that i will not open an account just for a simple comment. It takes time and I can forget what I wanted to say. So all the time before writing a comment I check if it is a standard form (I mentioned at the beginning of this post). If I see that it is I comment if not a form I want I leave. The situation can be different if I am constant reader of that blog.
I really believe that it is a good help against spam but Bloggers can install plugins like Akismet. Of course it is blogger’s choice to decide. Just use a standard form if you want more comments on your blog.

Yes, I agree about the commenting procedure — I almost never comments on blogs that force me to go through registration, login, etc. just to leave a comment. As an active blogger who needs backlinks for SEO and revenue, I simply don’t have the time to waste on hundreds or thousands of separate registrations at multiple sites.
I can understand why some bloggers are doing this. They are trying to reduce comment spam; however, they are also seriously reducing the likelihood of receiving any quality comments. In the long run, I believe it’s better to have an open commenting system and simply moderate the comments to remove any obvious spam or irrelevant links.
P.S. You seem to have a typo in the post title. writting = writing

Understandable, but I still reinforce the captcha/moderation rule as I’ve encountered spam comments. The only difference is that you needn’t be a member of BlogSpot to comment on my blog. So, see you there and wishing you a Happy New Year!!

I agree. I don’t ask people to register.
I find that if I turn in Askimet it filters out about 98% of the spam and what I am left with I can filter through on my own.
