Review of the blogroll must be done every month or less. This step is important and shouldn’t be forgotten by bloggers. This is important because there are bloggers that stop writing blog, they even forget their blog and their domain names expires. So there is no need to link to them and give a vote for unused or expired domain name. On the other hand your blog visitors might be unmet visiting broken or dead Websites.
Every time I recheck my blogroll links I find one or two links that are dead. Saying dead I mean that the link is no longer available and used by blogger. The advantage of the recheck is that every time you do it you can check if you link exists on the other blog. If you can’t find your link on the other blog you can contact blogger and ask him to add your link. Also you can remove his link and forget the cheater.
In conclusion I would like to mention that exchange links with other bloggers but don’t forget to check them as often as you can because Blogroll is important.
