Link exchange request

Link exchange is good when you want to share information with your readers, nonetheless, it’s also a great way to get a back link from another blog. It’s not a solution to improve your rankings drastically. However, you can make your blog much more noticeable. Link exchange must be done between related blogs only. It’s not recommended to exchange links with blogs with a different blogging category. For example, if your blog is about marketing you shouldn’t exchange links with a blog on diet or furniture. I believe every blogger is interested in exchanging links and probably everyone wants to exchange it as many times as possible without paying an attention to another blog.

I’ve been getting a lot of e-mails requesting to exchange links. All of them were similar. A content of the e-mail was catchy because after reading an e-mail you would be interested in it. Sender has requested a link exchange but in return he’s offered me a link on his PR5 website. It sounds amazing, isn’t it? I’ve exchanged links once but after some time his website has gone. I’ve removed his link as well. You should never trust them, unless you really know who you are exchanging links with. There is an example of the e-mail below.

Three links have been offered in return for one. That’s a nonsense. I’ve got lots of e-mails and all of them were similar. Don’t get fooled.
