Google statistics will not be visible globally

Author: admin | Files under Blogging tips

A guy from the United Kingdom has asked very interesting question that “Google Webmaster Help” couldn’t answer. The question was if Google will ever provide statistics on Browser/OS market share. And we absolutely agree that Google has got the biggest data sets in existence and its stats would be much more reliable. But another question is if Google wants to share this information with everyone.

MattĀ  Cutts said that Google provide information like this however this is not public and visible for everyone. That is why people use Google Analytics. This way they get statistics on almost everything. People have a possibility to provide their information publicly but it is not going to be a little more visible globally. So if you want to share your information just use NetStats, NetApplications and so on.

Well, if you want to listen to what Matt Cutts said about it just watch the video. Also visit other post on Google Pagerank and the value of Google links.
